Unity menus
I notice the status of this bug was changed from Confirmed → Incomplete
by andyrock. And the status has not been changed back since I added the
requested list of steps. Is more detail needed?

Example for launcher bar:
1) Click the right button down on the Firefox launcher - do not release it. A
menu appears.
2) Move move pointer to "Open new window" option and release the mouse button.
Nothing happens at step 2. The menu remains visible and no selection was
made.
