I've managed to get to the stage where the supposed window link will stay open
and have enclosed a screenshot.

As it's password protected site you may have trouble getting in. It comes from

1) Can you post the link to the page with the webcast you cannot play?
2) If you have any extensions enables, can you try to disable them and
