test system (no isos or preseeds available any more) from which to
proceed, and since there is a workaround, I will mark this wontfix.

I'm sorry, I haven't yet found a good way to reproduce this, especially
as I can't find a good jaunty image from which to start.
As a workaround, does it help if you do
apt-get remove libvirt-bin
apt-get install libvirt-bin
?

I wonder if this is due to the user invoking libvirt not owning the
cdrom bc they did not log in on console?
