Same here, updating nspluginwrapper solved the problem. Back to using
firefox !

Hi, Updating the nspluginwrapper as Benjamin pointed out in #2 solved the
problem for me.
Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit, Firefox 5 and Adobe Flashplayer 10.3.181.34.

Hi. I have exactly the same problem with the AdobeFlash Plugin (10,3,181,34 ),
using Ubuntu Natty (64 bits) , and Mozilla Firefox (5.0, 1.0 for Canonical
Ubuntu). I'm not an expert, but probably it is a matter of compatibility or a
trouble with the plugin itself. I have a laptop with Windows 7,

Per Artoum.
Might still indicate a problem w/ nspluginwrapper, since this is not used w/
64bit flashplayer.
For testing, you can use the videos at
http://www.longtailvideo.com/adsolution/demos/ by the creators of JW Player,
which was the source of most flickering for me.

I have a good news. After the last "Beta" update of Flash Player 11 this bug in
almost cases disappear for me.
Can anybody test it too? It would be wonderful to leave this problem in the
past. P.S. Manual for installation on Ubuntu 11.04 you can find hear

Nevermind, it seems that I am still seeing artifacts with the
10.3.181.34 update.

This happens to me as well on Ubuntu 11.04 64bit. And for me the issue
does not occur with Chromium either, only in Firefox 4.
Have not tried the Flash downgrade yet.
