@kees: no, it doesn't start empathy. It starts a small service that
monitors telepathy's mission-control for events and handles events that
come in. If nothing is using telepathy, it just sits quietly.

This ships an autostart file. I'm not sure I'm following the indicator
code, but will it start up empathy? This doesn't seem quite right (not
everyone uses empathy).
