I could correct the color problem by doing this:
Ctrl+E to view effects, right click and add filter -> Color Correction.

I am confirming the bug in feisty. Other apps like ekiga, openwengo and
web flash applications show the color fine. It seems also like blue and
red is swapped.. is there a fix?

The colour swapping also occurs on my system. I am running the beta
xubuntu with camorama and a Creative NX Pro webcam.

I was looking into other apps and I found that gqcam also gets the red and blue
mixed.
The solution in gqcam is using the --swap command on run which swaps RGB to BGR
I assume that aMSN's capture software detects this automatically.
I have attached the output of "camorama -D"

I can confirm this in the latest version of camorama in Feisty.
Colors are perfect in aMSN but red and blue are swapped in Camorama.
A pic of a coke can is attached. I think we all know how it should look
:)
