After hibernating the computer today, same problem !

I wish, but I can't reproduce the problem ! I thought it was the sleep
mode, but when I try now, no problem with the CPU ! So I'm waiting for
the next time and I will try to understand what I did just before.

Hi Francois,
This is quite an interesting bug. Can you confirm that this happens
every time you put the computer to sleep and wake it up again? Can you
run 'apport-collect 785220' to gather appropriate logs for this bug?
I'd also be particularly interested in seeing to contents of your
/proc/cpui
