In Oneiric its not installed by default which means we dont support
alacarte so I am closing this bug now.

"alacarte" is named "Main Menu" in the applications menu.
To be more specific, I pressed the button in the upper left with the
Ubuntu logo on it, then I searched for "Main Menu" and launched that
application. I added a custom application launcher through the "Main
Menu" application's interface. Wh
