I can confirm this bug too, undock a tab (like a Java file) and drag it
around then on any frame opened in the computer, Unity Dash doesn't
hide, unless if you close NetBeans.

Affects me aswell. But I have found a trick that hides the launcher - I
drag an image in a web browser (tried with Chrome), and launcher hides
after dropping it.

I can also confirm this bug. All I had to do is run netbeans in
maximized form and drag any tab of any class and Unity will pop up over
netbeans and won't hide unless you close/restart netbeans.
