This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

ok i ended up reinstalling ubuntu because i always prefer to install
from scratch vs an upgrade. also i severely messed up grub and had
issues getting it to add windows to the grub. anyhow. all is fixed now.
but this is still partially an issue. there are no triggers except if
you use your bluetoot
its gotten a little better. now i can disconnect via the applet and
reconnect. sometimes it will work on startup but I havent discovered
what exactly triggers this. I will keep trying to find out what makes it
work sometimes.
