"sudo poweroff" in terminal doesn't work 100 percent properly. Every third
poweroff causes a kernel panic.
We really need a new fglrx.

Logging out and shutting down doesn't work for me properly. Sometimes it works,
sometimes system freezes and sometimes system restarts instead of power down.
We have to wait for new fglrx.

After a few testing I did it seems that logging out the current session and
shutting down the computer from the log on screen workarounds the problem.
Not very handy but better than a Kernel Panic ;)

Sometimes system reboots instead of power off, and sometimes i must do
Ctrl+Alt+Del to shutdown.
By the way, nvidia driver isn't better. On my other system are many problems
caused by nvidia driver.

Same problem here using fglrx on HD4870: the system sometime is not shutting
down.
I did not found lag and overheat problems for now.
