We will not ship this kernel. I will revert the three patches related to
USB3, and when we can determine what the problem was, we will reinsert
the patches. This is related to bug #769042.
Since the kernel is already going to be respun, I will talk with the ec2
engineers and security team tomorrow

very busy VM guests.
