We have already remap fonts set to Sans ans Sans Serif in fontconfig
for CJK, so this will not happen in kubuntu.

I don't know if it makes any difference but I have not chosen Chinese as
main language. I have installed Kubuntu in French then I have activated
the Chinese support with the language support tool in the application
menu.
