The instructions work for Natty, but not for any more recent release
such as Oneiric or Precise.
Bring back netspeed asap, please.

Netspeed isn't in "Add to panel" in nat
Now netspeed is in my "Add to panel" list, and adding it to the panel works.
I have no clue which version of what package fixed the problem, but at least it
works for me now.

With my Natty desktop it shows up in the "Add to panel" and it works
fine with Ubuntu Classic - but not in Unity...
A possible clue is that I already had it in the panel under Maverick,
and I did a version upgrade to Natty using update-manager (rather than
installing a Natty clean from scratch). D
Similar problem with deskbar, talika, gnomenu applets...
