Tested more and I found a way to reproduce it. I'm using Clementine and
when I drag some songs from the list, then the launcher unhides and
doesn't hide until logout. So far I couldn't find another application
that triggers the same issue, even if it seems, that when dragging stuff
around, the unhi
Marking Fix committed, as per Omer's comment. It would be helpful if you
would test the fix in trunk and check if it fixes the issue. If not, re-
open this bug.

There have been a few cases fixed in trunk, where auto-hide stopped
working, you'll see that version of unity on the day Ubuntu-11.04
releases as a 0day SRU.
(It might be better if we had it somewhere for people to test and verify
the fix, before release)
