@Lucian The icons are not per device but for volume. In other words if
you have a usb pen drive with two or more partition the launcher should
shown two or more icons.

I believe this is just showing a link to the drive in two places. On the
launcher and on the desktop..
Check here for a way to remove one of them, you can choose to have them
on the launcher or desktop but it's really strange to have them on both.
