Black screen if I run Skype normal (from icon/launcher without this command).

received the update from Canonical repo, skype 4.0.0.8
same problem, you will see black screen if you dont launch from terminal
with the command LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/i386-linux-
gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype
so still no fixed bug
