Sorry to disturb with newby questions, but I've Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon (*) on
a Toshiba Satellite A30-303, with Python 2.5 and PyGTK 2.0 properly installed

Thank you for your bug. We will probably not backport that change to
edgy, that's a small fix and useful for hackers who can easily apply the
workaround. Will be fixed with next version to feisty
