True, as it is only at 12% translated. But there are the Extended Tips, most of
which (all?) are already translated. Othervise Draw-help is complete and most
Titles/Chapters/Headings/Definitions are in Icelandic, while the main te
l10n enabled on debian with:

I dont think it makes much sense to pack help as of now.

Hi Sveinn,
As libreoffice translations are not shipped in language packs but on
separate packages, I believe that what is required here is simply to
create the following packages containing the upstream translations:
libreoffice-l10n-is
libreoffice-l10n-help-is
And then tell language-selector to
