I found what this bug caused by one incomplete torrent download. I
removed that download from transmission and problem has gone. I think
you may close this bug as invalid. Thank you.

Thanks for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Googling for that error message in relation to torrents, I found several
hits that led back to this upstream ticket:

It looks like this was an ext4 issue that's been fixed upstream.
