Gone through these steps to reproduce this issue:
# Put all my CPUs in "Performance" setting in CPU Frequency Monitor applet.
# Open a new Video DVD project in DeVeDe.
# Add about 10 titles each with an rmbv formatted video in it.
# Enable Multi-thread option and start encoding.

Couldn't isolate the circumstances under this bug appear. Already made 5
DVD's with DeVeDe and showed up the first time (this im reporting) and
once more in the 4th. Any clues on how i can isolate this bug? I'm
marking as Incomplete. If no answer in 60 days i think is not a real
issue.
