On Feisty, kdmtheme appears in the appearance section when installed.
However, there is no "Administrator Mode" button, which makes the module
useless unless launched separately with kdesu. The administrator mode
button does appear in kcontrol.

I thought I remembered this with previous versions (i.e. dapper). It
isn't in Edgy, nor is it in Feisty. Good catch Jucato!
