you say you can log in with some accounts but not with others? Anything
special about these non-working accounts like non-Ascii characters in
username or password?
You might be better off opening a support ticket, though. If in the end
it does turn out to be a bug (in ubuntu, not hotmail), you c

i don't have any problems about cookies because i can login with different

obvious question: You are sure the password is correct? If you type the
password in the URL bar, do the glyphs appear exactly as you expect
them? Did you block cookies?
Since thousands of people use hotmail, firefox and ubuntu every day, I suspect
we are looking more for a support request rathe
