Same behavior for me. Tried removing profile. Now it crashes as soon as the first-run wizard is completed. The next time it crashes on startup. I tried running it under gdb but 'mozilla-thunderbird' is a wrapper script, so gdb won't run it. I have no idea how to produce a backtrace. (Even though I

Can you check wether it is linked to your installation or your profile. Juste move your profile : mv .thunderbird .thunderbird.bak and try to launch again Thunderbird. If no crash occurs, the problem is linked to your profile, otherwise, it is an installation problem. -- Thunderbird crashes imme
