I think this bug is really important.
Using an application with many windows open (like the browser) is really awful
with current Unity.
You could also show small previews or the list when hovering (and not clicking)
on the icon, so you'll save even more time.

Sometimes the exposé view is totally unnecessary. For example if you
have two small skype windows open and they don't even overlap each other
it would be better if clicking on the launcher would just bring both
windows on top.
