The problem is that one Upload is cancelled during the ZipQueue, and
that fails to release own deferred when the command is cancelled. So,
the command gets stuck in its _start(), and never releases the pathlock.
ZipQueue, in the threaded code, should never leave it without triggering
own deferred.
