about your crash that can be dealt with by the automatic retracer. One may
execute at the Terminal:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y upgrade && sudo apt-get -y install
libreoffice-dbg uno-libs3-dbg ure-dbg && s
I can't say if I've hit exactly the same bug. I was using Docs not Calc,
and had opened the reference database and then a .odt file. The failure
point is the same though.

It's a Microsoft font, which the spreadsheet uses. I thought the missing font
might be causing the problem but it seems unlikely.
Could you try installing libreoffice-dbg then running libreoffice from the
terminal, reproducing the crash and attaching any output here?

Ok - kpackagekit can't find anything like Calibri.
