This might be a different bug, or related. I get the same error, but
because my csv has too many columns (but yes, the error still says
rows). The attached file has only about 240 rows, but quite a few
columns. The LibreOffice import cuts it off at column AMJ.

Ubuntu better. Could you please attach the .cvs file that demonstrates
this problem?
