Niow i checked my settings in the aqbanking assistant and saw that the
TAN-option was missing. But i am sure that last time i configured it it
was set correctly.
Anyway i set it again and now its working.

Today I added my Bank.
I had several Problems with the aqbanking assistant. I need several runs to get
my user settings and the correct Tan-Option-List.
Maybe a update to aqbanking 5.0.5 is nessasary (current for natty is
5.0.2)
But now it runs fine.
Have you set the gnucash Account to the aqba
