Power management is unsupported using proprietary drivers. Can you try
without them?

Hibernation and resume are controlled by acpi-support.

please attach the outputs of dmesg and lsmod.
Type this in a terminal :
dmesg > dmesg.txt
lsmod > lsmod.txt
and attach the files generated in your home directory (dmesg.txt and
lsmod.txt). Thanks.
