This only currently can be duplicated by me on the Toshiba a75 laptop.
My desktop doesn't have the problem. This was last checked using net
book edition and desktop edition with unity windowing session.

Please check for a possible duplication. This bug was filled by a
working Ubuntu version. But the video card and processor info might be
useful so i filed it from the bug creation shell application.
