ubuntu 18.04 - I was having trouble using Ctrl+Alt+F keys to switch to
TTY, added `nomodeset` to GRUB kernel args, issue resolved. Removed
`nomodeset` and got this plymouthd error on login. Kernel
4.16.0-041600-generic #201804012230.

Don't know if it's this bug that affect the logout option that is non
