Mantas, why you decided, that it's:
1) *still* the problem? (AFAICS proc.pl sets C locale, so it's not kind of a
sorting problem);
2) problem/bug of ispell-lt? (AFAIK ispell-lt doesn't produce and distribute
lt.cwl.gz).
Seems, like someone who compresses lt.cwl should add -9 to gzip ... :-)
