Yes, I can reproduce using the steps in #7. However, I can also
reproduce it 100% when I'm using the movie picker in the top of the
screen.
Steps to reproduce I use (different from #7, but probably the same youtube code
is executed):
1. Open any movie, for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v
It seems a bit random, this time it didn't crash.

I don't think it's firefox related. I just saw the very same crash with
Opera. It worked with Opera yesterday but not anymore.
I saw somewhere that deleting cookies (not sure which)would solve it for
some time but it would eventually come back.
