Part-1 is solved, the app launcher is working well now with all icons.
The area selector switch upper right is okay.
Part-2 still exist, when typing program names the icons shrink to the
right one. But 'enter' did not start the program, only a space appears
in the dialog field. This is different t
Thats the problem, both packages was not installed by dependencies. I do
this by hand now and check the results.

Sounds like your missing the place daemons or you installed from scratch
without copying the .place files from /usr/share/unity/places/ to
$install_prefix/share/unity/places.
First, though, please make sure you have unity-place-files and unity-
place-applications installed and restart your session
