I've had this error before. See

All I did to remove it was delete all the big log files in .beagle/Log/.
It seemed that beagle kept looping on one file creating a huge log that
filled my partition. You could use a livecd and install baobab, use that

I get something like this too. Luckily my home is on a big partition, I
didn't notice any problems until now.

to understand what it contains.
