the live-initramfs source package has been removed from maverick. In
natty, the source package 'live-boot' reintroduces live-initramfs.
live-boot installs a ./lib/live/config/016-sysvinit file that modifies
/etc/inittab, which doesn't exist in ubuntu anymore. live-boot therefore
needs porting to u
