you didn't understand the question. Upstream rhythmbox doesn't install
any .h, what .h exactly do you expect to be shipped by the package?

i.e. header files. I want to build a "rhythmbox-liveice" package what
Build-Depends on rhythmbox-dev including .h files if is possible.
