It appears that I have a similar problem when using Ubuntu Edgy Eft (lamp server) install, but I do not have this problem when using Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xbuntu Edgy Eft (desktop) version CD. It appears that the boot process with the lamp server install is different, because it attempts to load bot
