The patch from the lkml thread above never ended up on kernel. But the
same issue should now be fixed on mainline with commit
b934c20de1398d4a82d2ecfeb588a214a910f13f, [media] FLEXCOP-PCI: fix
__xlate_proc_name-warning for flexcop-pci
The fix went through upstream and stable, all releases we want
