Same behavior under evince 2.20.1 under gutsy. The zoom levels are
scrolled all the say up. They only need to scroll up enough so that the
last item is at the bottom of the dialog box. It's a cometic/usability
issue, not a functional one.

This happens in every application where a drop down dialog reaches the
end of the screen.
Steps to reproduce in evince:
Open a PDF
Maximize window
Choose zoom level to 400%
Change zoom level
Now a drop down menu will show up but the text isn't aligned with the
menu... it is a GTK issue, right?
