this is an old bug. I can not see what kxstudio and ubuntustudio-
controls have to do with it either. However, ubuntustudio-controls has
been rewritten with different goals in mind in any case.

an auto update in last 70 hours appeared to run okay. but this morning
while using OO3.2, the screen grayed and all control over the PC
occurred. Was able to boot and enter set up where I updated the date and
