Pardon for the long post, there was no attachment box on the initial report screen :-/ One thing I forgot to mention, hda3 and hda5 were partitioned using OSX's installer (Disk Utility), I selected "Unix filesystem" instead of HFS+ hoping that it meant ext2 or ext3 by "Unix filesystem". Wishful th
