I just verified this by installing 2.6.38-999-generic kernel. Sleep and wake-up works fine. Brightness control keys are recognized (Gnome shows that brightness is being changed), but the actual screen brightness doesn't change. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of U

With the latest kernel update, resuming from suspend works (as does adjusting brightness via Fn-keys). BUT: Hibernates disappears as an option from the indicator. I don't care much about that, though, since suspend/resume is much more important on a netbook. You may change this bug report to "
