I have the same problem on my ubuntu Dapper and Edgy. When I insert
informations manualy on my books, the program closed and report one bug.

I get the same problem.
I'm running Edgy 6.10, on an AMD 64 system. Alexandria 0.6.1
Crashes inconsistently for me. I can usually count on every third entry
freezing it up and crashing the program.
