I found out that this is a problem with dual booting between windows and
Ubuntu.
IE. Not a bug.

My computer switched back to GMT England time again. I just noticed on
the 3/11/2006
My only explanation is that it is possibly doing this at the start of
each month? Or perhaps when I syncs with a time server?
