The same happened with me. I added a few Startup Programs of "emerald
--replace, beryl-manager, and xbindkeys" and now I receive a coredump of
beagled.
Attached is the core dump.

OK I got this too. See attached crash log, which (I think) was generated
using the Mono debugger for Beagle. Let's hope this help somebody out
there...

It is crashing on my system too.
What appears to be crashing is:
Core was generated by `beagled-helper --debug /usr/lib/beagle/IndexHelper.exe'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
