Here, in Spain, we can have credit cards at 16 years, but the problem is
that most people doesn't want a credit card (like me, I prefer an "Ubuntu
Card") to buy apps and Music
And if Angry Birds goes to Ubuntu Software Center, I will buy it, of
course!! ;)

Same in Australia, pre-paid Visa and Mastercard are really starting to
take off. However, I think an ability to purchase 'credit' in USC might
be a good idea, so you don't have to go to your wallet and pull out the

the world but here in america they sell prepaid credit cards that you
can use. You don't need to be 18 and you can even reload them whenever
you want. If this is not viable outside the US then yes, I 100% agree

I suggest this could be considered a great blueprint for the Software
Center, it's time to make it more easier for the developers to sell
their apps in the Software Center to many people in the world taking in
count you can purchase these cards.
