This is already fixed in feisty, as the new tktable2.9 source package
does the right thing. This bug only applies to edgy.

Bug fixed.
The package is built twice, the 1st time with --disable-shared, to create the
static library, and the 2nd with --enable-shared, for the shared library.
The file with the bug pkgIndex.tcl was being created during the first make,
while the static library is built, but not during the se
