Matthias, all the build-dependencies and dependencies are in main.
As per Sandro's comment, numpy in natty uses dh_pysupport, so this patch is not
creating any transition.

Also, numpy in natty already uses -support (better check information
before writing, don't you think?)

- are all build-dependencies and dependencies in main?
- the change to dh_pysypport should be reverted. we are trying to convert
to dh_python2, and a temporary switch to dh_pysupport would introduce
another transition
